During this journey we met Treedom, a B Corp born in 2010 in Florence. Treedom has created a real connection between nature and digital, immediately generating a concrete, tangible benefit that exceeds all expectations; at an environmental, social and economic level.
The remote adoption of a tree to support agri-forestry projects managed by local communities and NGOs capable of generating a benefit for the ecosystem, and a concrete resource for farmers who they take care of it.
Treedom cancels distances and allows companies and individuals to give a concrete response to deforestation, pollution and emissions compensation. An idea that to date has led to the planting of over 3.6 million trees worldwide.
A project that does not end with planting trees, but instead focuses on making them grow, on making every sustainable action a reasoned step towards a specific goal, in absolute harmony with our approach to sustainability.
Precisely for this Ricciarini has joined the Treedom initiative, with a forest that currently has 200 trees. A green lung that will grow every year based on the ecological, social and economic needs of the various local agricultural communities active in the project.
Ricciarini involved customers, suppliers and employees in the adoption of plants: each photographed, geolocated and named by its digital guardian.
